i am very new to all this, i dont even understand half of the secret codes are lol, but i have come across a piece of graphic and animated text and really would like to know how to do it or how to change there word to one of mine. Can anyone help pls this is the link i have to pic to help u all

that is an animated gif, meaning that it is just different pictures shown in sequence. you could change it if you have a gif animator program, but it would not be too easy to duplucate the style.
