Help with Marquee

3) I'm trying to use this script with a marquee, but it's seeming to work, no matter what I do.
If I change the position to absolute, it works, but stretches the box, if I keep it as absolute, the rollover shows on the far right of the screen, sometimes off the screen.

I would like to be able to have the rollover stay with the image that it's with.

I messed up, this IS NOT WORKING properly.
Please, if anyone can shed a little light on this, It would really be appreciative.
