3 Size Fonts and 3 Size Layout

I was wondering is this done using 3 to 6 css style sheats or what

Usually it is done with JavaScript. There is a live example and tutorial found here

Why is it so unfortunate

I love Javascript

Users can choose to disable javascript in their browsers, some of the older browsers may not have support for the javascript code you use in your pages, and there are some other reasons that I can't remember off the top of my head.
