For some strange reason AWStats (that I run locally) was not updating the log files after January completed for the first six days of the month. If you encounter anything like this where you are certain nothing you have done could have created this scenario create a new folder and move other compiled logs to the folder. For some reason this allowed AWStats to correctly compile the entire month of January for me. Hopefully this bug will get an official fix though for the time being at least there is an easy work around/fix.
