Image Thumbnail Viewer and IE7 ActiveX/Popup Blocker

3) Describe problem: This was not a problem on Wednesday but is today.

Every page on the website I'm working on has either the Image Thumbnail Viewer for photos for Flash. When I'm testing them (f12) from Dreamweaver in IE7, I get the stupid bar at the top that it's blocking the activeX content and have to click on the bar to get the Image Thumbnail Viewer to work. Otherwise, the default is a new IE browser window.

I've checked all my IE settings and the popup blocker is disabled and the settings should allow this.

I haven't changed anything since Wednesday, although I could have received an auto update from IE.

Is anyone else having this problem?????

Upload the file to a webserver. IE7 does not allow scripts to run locally (because it could be malicious). Once you upload the file to a website, it will work without showing that bar.
