Scrolling AJAX Frame

I really like this script, but for what I need, I was wondering if it's possible to have this created using AJAX. I'm not a huge fan of iFrames, but I can't seem to find the solution anywhere on the web.

it's not exactly what you're asking for, but it has a simular idea.
And it works without iframes, just divs work
