Blizzard has recommended a mailer form to me - which looks great. Just wondering when it says $standalone= true

do I just change that to $standalone=false because I want to include the form into my index.php page.

I have no idea what that variable does without seeing the code. Based purely on the name, then, sure, perhaps you could change that.
