global virtual image size for swiss army slideshow?

3) Describe problem: I love the "swiss army image slideshow" but is there any way to globally size the images (virtually of course!). the equivalent of doing:

on every image? If I use a width and height in the script part that goes in the body tag, the pictures are cropped. Can they be resized to a certain dimension instead?

If I remember right this was possible with the other "ultimate" fade-in slideshow, but I can't see how to do it with this one but this one's better!!

I'm applying a special enlarging effect to the onclick, which works, and it would just make my implementation complete to have the actual slide images a constant width and height.

oh yes and can I change the color of the description?
