3) Describe problem: I will open this popup window only one time for each session. how can I do this?

I also try to use it n a site with flash, but the popup window is coming "under" the flash and not showing. Is it possible to get it on the top over the flash?

That's a really old script. You really should be looking at migrating to DHTML windows instead, and for the session only feature, use the modified .js file mentioned at the bottom of this thread.
