PHP & mySQL

erm I won't like to ask some question on the PHP & mySql script.

Let say when i call a data from mySql, for example below(and lets assume it many record).

Name FROM Date
TEST xxxx 12-6
TEST2 xxxx 12-5
------------------------

how to i make the test and test2 become a URL and when it click on it it will display it into another page(TEST) and show all the thing from the TEST record? Is this using PHP script? and what this thing call for? any example or tutorial on this
