Need CSS horizontal tabs pulling content into center column
I have a fixed width css layout with 3 cols, a header and footer. I want to add a tab menu in a horizontal div under the header div that pulls the content into the center column. Is there a script that will do that? I'm not a js, ajax or php coder, but I might be able to make some modifications with some instruction. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're saying, can you provided a page and explain a little better?

EDIT: Will this do?

Yes, except with graphical tabs and rollovers
--- sort of like a frames site, with the nav in one frame and the content pulling into another area of the page.
My pages are under construction. If you had a full-width header div above your "Mouse over Me" link and a column to the left and right of the two divs you created, plus a footer that spans the 3 cols above, that would be similar in basic form. Basically, just a common 3-col fixed width css layout with a header and footer. Content is the center column. I only added another full width div under the header for navigation, eg. containing the navigation that is your "Mouse over me" now.
So, where you are showing example content would be my center column area. When the page expands or contracts left to right, the page does not. It does center in the window.
My intended tabs will look similar to this:

I hope I have clarified it, but you have the basic idea.

Reason: Edit: I forgot to mention that the footer would be text nav with the same behavior as the buttons.
