[REQ] Uploads Script ?

Hi,
I'm new here and I'm looking for an upload script that I can add to my site: http://tvpmm.com
So visitors can upload (donate) music. The upload needs a progress gauge and allow multiple files to upload at once. It needs to be one way, no file size limit and no file type limit. The script should expose the upload folder so the visitor can see it.

I know this is a lot to ask but I'm not certain where to look or even get started.
