Forward Email to Friend Script

Hi,

I'm desperately trying to find a script that will let me forward the contents of an e-mail message to specified recipients. I have seen an example of this here:

I would love something that works just like this - it forwards the whole e-mail in html format to however many e-mail addresses you put in the form.
