Flickr.com css horizontal menu

Does anyone know where I can find the CSS and possibly javascript code to recreate what www.facebook.com , www.flickr.com, and www.blurb.com use on their sites?

Specifically they have that 'down arrow' image next to their text menu names and it also changes to a box when hovered over.

As far as the down arrow changing color, that can be accomplished through using anchor pseudo classes: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_pseudo_classes.asp
