Hello everyone, I'm very sorry if I'm breaking some rules or not.
I'm not a tech savvy neither a coder like all of you. My imagination is limited, so.. bear with me.

I love CSS because I see websites that were coded using CSS and the images couldn't be dragged nor be saved. This is the reason why I'm really attracted to CSS.

I'm trying to make a website, with a portal in front. So, basically it will have a repeated background and a portal image centered over the background. There will only be two images being used here.

I just don't have any idea how to make it. Is it possible? And is it possible to embed css picture in a website so that it couldn't be dragged or whatever?
