Different image for time of day?

Hi, i'm thinking of a new website logo that looks like an old 50's Googie sign, and thought it would be cool if there was a script that displayed a different image depending on the user's time? it would be cool to have the "daytime" sign during the day and then a lit up sign at night... if such a thing is possible

javascript? php? asp?

Java would probably be best, though anything really... i think my host supports most things
