    Default SWF to Animated GIF

Is it really THAT hard?? I did A google search "swf to gif" and I coudn't fine only free utlity that does it. In flash, I went to "Export Movie.." and selected Animated Gif, well It made the gif... the the quality is SO bad, there is only like 16 colors or somthing. Is there any way I can improve the quality? I mean, a gradent image looked like 5 boxes of doted color !!!!!!

What version of flash are you using?

You should be presented with options when you go to choose the colors of the gif. By default, "Standard Colors" is selected. But, if you wish, you can select 4,8,16,32,64,128, and 256 colors from the dropdown.
