File Uploading Script in PERL

Hi Firends in this forums,
I am new to this forum, i liked contents and helps provided by you people to one another.
I am running my web-page, where i need a script in PERL which allows users to submit their piece of information on my web, be it MS-Word, Excel, PDF, Jpeg or Mpeg etc.

Please help me guys, i liked the script in PHP, but my server is not configured to handle this and i've no experience in PHP programming, i am quite comfortable with PERL CGI Programming and JavaScript.
