Yahoo help type div popup

I looking for Yahoo help div popup type javascript compenent. login in from your yahoo account and click on help present at left side. It will display a small div with some html contorl. Please check the attached file.

My requiremtn is little change. I want to display a div when user click on Help then it should display a small div where user will have some html input/select control.

It seems that the one Yahoo's help div is a Yahoo UI module control combined with Yahoo UI menu control. Please have a look at their examples here:
