Allow user to upload image on a form

Hi Guys,

I am in the process of designing my first form which when the submit button is clicked, sends the info via Email. The problem is that I need the end user to have the ability to upload an image. I am sure it is quite simple but my wysiwyg editors only offer me the opportunity to upload an image to appear on the form.

Any help here would be much appreciated.
