Rich HTML Balloon Tooltip

I want to move the small image of the arrow closer to the edge of the balloontip. Since it is mostly made for normal hyperlinks, small help images like mine will be displayed far away from the arrow pointer:



Anyone with an idea of how to do this?

My modification should also work when the image offset has to be in the opposite direction:
