I tried it. I haven't tested to see if it worked in Safari or firefox but it didn't work in IE.

You are doing something wrong then. The solution I offered is fully tested in Opera, Safari, IE, and FF. Perhaps you would be better off reinstalling from scratch:

I just cust and pasted the code you gave over the script it was replacing. I'm using Nvu wysiwyg. I'll give it another try when I get home but not sure what's wrong.

Use something like NotePad. WYSIWYG editors will often mangle raw code in one or another way unless you really know how to stop them from doing so, which of course varies from WYSIWYG editor to WYSIWYG editor.
