Does anyone know how I would get two totally different Hv Menu's on my site on the same page?
Would I just change the name of exmplmenu_var.js and then change it also in the script I put in the site page for the 2nd menu?

That's not possible.
But you could use the HV popmenu for what you want, see the author's site.
