With any such integration, there is usually a method supplied by the sites.
There certainly is no simple "tag" or "code" for it. Just look at their support and/or websites that do this, then find the method-- does it open a new window which tries to then send data to the site? Something else? Etc.

Thanks djr33, however, I could not find anyother than facebooks "partners" script. Where do people get other codes for other websites like digg, del.icio.us, technorati, and others?

Just to name a few, you may want to go through google and type in something like "Add site to {WEBSITE (like digg, technorati, etc)}"
