Red face Scrollable Frames (with arrows)

Hey everyone I'm new here, and i have a project at hand, i'm actually trying to create a portfolio website for my husband as a surprise for Christmas! So i'm trying to get in done asap, i found this script:

    Scrollable IFRAME
    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...ramescroll.htm

But i want the arrows to be in the traditional place just like the browser instead of at the bottom i want them like the scroll bar but obviously just the arrows... i found this website which has it the way i'd like:

    http://www.kadirnelson.com/Advertising.html

Also i have another question (thank you for taking the time so far to read this) i've googled this but still haven't found what i wanted yet... similar to the site above, when you click on the image i'd like it to pop out but for it to do an effect as it pops out.. not like a regular window i don't want the scroll bars etc.. but i also don't want the screen to go black in the back, i hope this made sense, thanks so much for any help you would be helping me so much i really want to have this done

The first effect that you are talking about, at least on the page you refer to, doesn't use iframe. It uses something like this:

    http://home.comcast.net/~jscheuer1/s...side_table.htm

The second effect, but without the background getting dark, can be gotten with:

I just upgraded my service and my personal web pages (where that first link pointed to) are temporarily unavailable. Hopefully that first link will be back online soon.

That page is back, you may need to refresh if it says otherwise:
