    Default Request: Top and Left Frames Layout

    Is there a Top Left frames layout available? (with the top spans across the whole screen)

    All of the followings are Left Top, meaning Left took the whole height of the screen.

    I tried modding the Left and Top into Top and Left, but just can't IE6 to work... help?

    Is this what you wanted?

    If so, copy out the source code and you are good to go.
    Hope this helps.

    Yes, but if you open your test.html with IE6 or 7, the top does not span the whole width... FF works ok.

    seems like it has to do with...
    Code:
    * html body{ /*IE6 hack*/
    padding: 120px 0 0 200px; /*Set value to (HeightOfTopFrameDiv 0 0 WidthOfLeftFrameDiv)*/
    }
    If replace 200px with 0, then the top spans the whole width, but then the left frame will be gone.

    Thanks!

    any idea how to improve on http://thetestingsite.net/test/test.html ?
    It is not working right on IE.

    IE6: top doesn't span across the whole screen 100%
    IE7: the scroll bar of the whole page appear, which will scroll the top frame away.

    Can't imagine how CSS fail to emunlate the frame tag so badly..
