I need a timer similar to this, but one that displays in plain text, not really CSS'd text and/or images.

And it needs to countdown to 2:00 AM -5 GMT and update every day at 2:00 AM -5 GMT, I have no idea how to do this in JS so any help would be appreciated :$ Thanks.
