1 way would be to contact them and ask them how they did it and if you could possibly use the script in your code

another would be to reverse engineer and steal the code (not recommended)

I didnt look at the actual code but a third way would be to use an image swap javascript code, which very well may be what they are doing. take a look at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/image5.htm
