Ok, I got basic knowledge of html, so I can create the form with all the questions. I need help with displaying those results. I found free scripts that do something similar but nothing the way I need it.

What I need is admin page displaying results that are stored in a database.
The first page displays groups, clicking on the group name displays the names of people taking survey, and clicking on their name displays questions with answers. I need to be able to create groups myself, and add the option as a drop-down menu in the survey to categorize the names. I dont need fency log in, .htaccess would can be used for security.

I would really appreciate the help guys.
