script won't run on webpage

1) Script Title: Fading Scroller

3) Describe problem: I put the script into my website and publish it but the fading scroller doesn't show when beign viewed on webpage. I would like to add more of the scripts to my webpage but I am not sure I am adding them in the right area.

I really want it on the home page to replace our upcoming events, but I was trying to test it first on the page above. Here is the link to the page I want the script on:

The contents you've specified to be shown in the fader are all missing a closing quotation mark:
