PHP AJAX Cascading Dropdown listbox

Hello there. Can someone help me with AJAX and PHP? I just learned to use ajax and php to dynamically select one list box to populate a second listbox. I got this working fine. My problem is that I want to populate a third listbox based on what I had selected in listbox 1 and listbox 2. I want to accomplish what is being done at this site, but with php:

Can someone help me PLEASE??? Or inform if it can be done. Thanks a whole bunch!!!
