Script: AnyLink Drop Down Menu

The page:

is a frameset that loads my main page w/ AnyLink Drop Down Menu. All appears to work except the first menu: "newest sites" doesn't drop down - the menu to the right "offices" works just fine.

I can't quite figure it out. I have this navigation working in a regular "noframes" website & newest sites is working like a charm. Here's an example of a page w/o the frame:

It has to be something unique to frames. I'm only using frames until I can migrate the rest of the site.

Any thoughts???
