Image w/ description tooltip height and width how?

Hi, I am trying to give my photos that I enter in the head section of this script a width perimeter but it just seems to stop the pop up completely.
Is there a way of giving a width perimeter to the pop up pics that you enter in?

Heres what I was adding:
messages[1] = new Array('pic.jpg' width=200,'optional text',"#E7E1C9");
