gAjax RSS Feeds Displayer - feed sometimes linked to wrong label

I used the script (example 2) in this page: http://www.thaumas.nl/dagacties/indexex.htm and tested it in Opera and IE7.

I sorted by label and in both Opera and IE the labels are alphabetically listed. So that's okay, but the strange thing is that in IE - after refreshing the page - the feeds seem to wander around, now and then linking to the wrong label.

So the labels stay alphabetically listed, but the feeds are listed in a different order after several refreshes.

- I didn't edit the gfeedfetcher.js

I've confirmed the problem, but haven't quite tracked down the cause yet. My guess is it has something to do with Google's caching of he RSS feeds, but regardless, unfortunately I don't have a solution right now, and will have to get back to it once I have some time.

I like the simple way the script can be used in the html page, so I'll keep an eye on it. Take your time of course. Thanks very much for doing all this.

Is there any chance you've found a solution to this? I am having the exact same problem with my labels -- sometimes (seemingly randomly and relatively often) the labels appear with the wrong feeds...

My website can be found here (www.whitnall.com) and I'm using your script (which is fantastic btw!) to power our school district's news tickers.

I'm also hoping you might be able to help me with another thing, I can't seem to get any Feedburner feeds to work with the script! I've also tried Yahoo Pipes and other feed aggregators and filters, none seem to work. Here's an example: http://www.whitnall.com/technology.cfm

I think this script is the best aggregator out there, so this IE bug really has me down in the dumps. I'm using it here: http://www.ffgeekblog.com/ffgeeksource/

Works beautifully in every browser but IE, in which the names of the blogs get all messed up.

Would be very happy to hear that a solution had been cooked up.

Has anyone had any luck figuring out the "wandering feeds" issue with gAjax? I currently have four feeds filtering in, all of which seem to be working fine with the exception of labels appearing with the wrong links when refreshed.

I am having the save switching label problem, but its only in Safari and Chrome has there been any updated on solving this issue?

Ok, I've finally had some time to really look into the problem, which was a timing issue in IE that caused the incorrect label to sometimes be associated with the feeds. The problem should be fixed now. Only the .js file has been modified.
