Can anybody help me?

I am looking to create a form where selecting different options in a form will produce different results. Here is what I am talking about...

I want my visitor to be able to choose a specific doll. They would be given the choices of: Hair Color, Dress Color, Skin Tone

Say they choose "Red Hair" "Blue Dress" and "Light Skin" then a doll matching their answers would appear on the same page after submitting the form.

I hope this made sense. Any help would be very appreciated.
