Default 3 Column Fixed Layout issue

Hello, I've got an issue going with the 3 column fixed layout (3.1). I'm really happy with the design of the page but I'm having some problems with my right column getting pushed under the other 2 columns in Explorer. The page appears fine in Safari and Firefox - although if I shrink the browser window enough, the same problem will occur. I noticed in the demo page included with the template that all of the columns remain in place regardless of browser window size, for some reason mine doesn't do that.

I would love some advice on how to remedy this situation. You can check out the pages and code here:

I'm also looking into having a fluid center column - is that a better way to go for this design? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Also want to thank dynamic drive for putting together such great codes - In addition to the template I'm using modified versions of the indented horizontal nav menu and the sliding door vertical menu. Couldn't have put this site together without DD.

Ooops - Sorry about that - late night dislexia. Switch the d & b. I'm editing my top post as well. Thanks for trying.

Never mind - I had an extra div tag in my html. Thanks for the help.
