cursor hand help

Hi Im pretty new to dhtml..etc...basically all I know is html. I went to a rockstation site and saw that their cursor was different then the normal one finger...it's something that i notice a lot of rock bands do...three fingers..the forefinger, pinky and thumb...I would love to get the code to use on a site...
Anyone?
