limit/turn of scrolling

hej,

been working on my site for the last couple of weeks, and now i came into a small problem. The content on my site (pictures, stuff) is draggable. That means there is a huge table in the browser, but because i turned of the scrollbars you won't notice it's there (outside the screen).

Because there is such a big table you can still scroll the page in the browser wit h the arrow keys, i don't want that. Is there any way so you set the margin for scrolling, or completely turn of the horizontal scrolling?
