I am seeking a script or information on how I can access a file with my website so that the website displays the information stored in the file.
For example, someone without html knowledge can save save information such as a "news flash" in a word document. They upload this document and the website then accesses this document to display the "News Flash".

This is similar to the script with Iframes using an external source, but that access another html doc.
