This site has a Featured Listing that changes on each page load. I can change an image on each page load (thanks to you folks) but how do they change the image AND the description of the property?

Great ... this question may have been a bit early. Today is the first day that I am working on my clients site and he said he wanted something like that on his site..... so .... I don't actually have a url to send you to right now .... but I will post it when I do ... thank you
