So I am redesigning my site, and its not done yet but I have been testing it in two browsers. In firefox everything looks how it should but in IE its all wrong.

That is the new site, ignore spelling errors and such, Im not done. In FF the background is green and in IE its all white except for a green navigation. Does anyone else see this issue? As well what can I do to fix this?

I have used CSS and Html for this second website.
