If your host makes automatic backups, then inquire about how you can retrieve this. If not, you're out of luck. There's no "undo" button with databases
MAYBE you could try to do some sort of data recovery on the server, but that's unlikely and expensive (hiring a company to do it), and the data is likely already overwritten.
