Live Date Script/Site Logo Script Conflict

1) Script Title: Live Date Script And Site Logo Script

3) Describe problem: I can't get both of these to work together? Site Logo Script takes out Live Date Script no matter where the codes are planted. I Need to leave Live Date Script in a certain location even though I have tried moving it but still it goe's away as soon as I plant the code for Site Logo Script?

Any idea whats causing this? I am using many scripts on the same page but this is the first time I have one dieing when another is installed?
