Which file to publish?

Hi Guys,

I have two questions.

1. Which file to publish into my server. .SWF or . FLA or are they the same thing?

2. I did publish a file but that my hv menu falls behind the animation. IS there a way to fix it?

You upload the swf file. The fla format is just for the flash editor I believe and will not work in any web browser.
