i am a junior high student..recently we are studying about html and web designing and in our case here we do the html file in notepad so the URL address is not WWW, it is C;\document.......... ...........so can you guys help me how to change it? to www.jopayweb.com? pls help me guys..i can't find anywebsites about this article.
