Top Navigational Bar (Smart Menu)

Hello.

I have a few questions about the top navigational menu (smart menu), and I was wondering if anyone can help me here?

I am using it twice on this page, once as the blue bar (which is fully working) and again in the grey bar (which is were the problems are happening!!)

• The drop down menus for the grey bar do not appear, how can I get them to come down, just like they do for the blue bar?
• All the sub-menu items in here, I want them to load in the target of an iframe, how can I get that to work? but...
• Some of the links are external which I want to open in a new browser window, is this possible?

If doing this is not possible with this script, can anyone suggest a menu script which will be able to preform all these tasks for me?
