    Default Conflicting Scripts?

    HV Menu v5.5

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm

    and

    Conveyor Belt slideshow script

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...rightslide.htm

When trying to run both of these scripts on a single page - the VMenu does not display at all.

I can't find any conflicting functions or anything obvious, but I'm not that familiar with the code parameters.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

You could use this object oriented version of Conveyor:

    http://home.comcast.net/~jscheuer1/s...onveyor_oo.htm

Use your browser's 'view source' to get the code. Object oriented scripts can be used multiple times on a page, and usually won't conflict with other scripts. I'm pretty sure this version will 'play nice' with the HV Menu v5.5.

I'm trying to run more than one Conveyor belt script on a page.

I can get the one script to work just fine on a site using .asp pages. However when I tried to run the multiple script code in the link:
    http://home.comcast.net/~jscheuer1/s...onveyor_oo.htm
I get nothing. I put the first part of the script in the Head and the second part in the body like they did in the example code.

    Can anyone help?

    What browser are you using?

I have a similar problem with the swissarmy slideshow and a Google map.

In Firefox2, Opera9, and IE7 they look fine. In IE6 the slideshow doesn't appear but the Google map does.

When testing in IE 6, make sure you have a fully enabled version of that browser.
