    My photo display stalls occassionally.

    Sometimes it shows all the thumbnails for a brief moment and stalls or will show a couple of photos and then stall. (next thumbnail does not appear)

    I have a toshiba satellite operating system is windows XP with plenty of ram .
    browser Internet Explorer 7

    Can someone please check it for me on their pc.

    Not exactly sure what you meant by that...changing directory for files?

    I have decided not to use the script.... I have made my own gallery display......but I do sincerely thank you for your reply.

    I could have been clearer. The page and script are looking for that image (which I assume comes with the distribution) in that location. It isn't there. That has to be contributing to some of the lag, and would give folks something to look at, if need be and it were there, while the thumbnails load. I should have said:
