What would be the best data recovery software to purchase? I'm looking to retrieve lost hard drive space and I was wondering what would be the best data recovery software to get either at a retail store or an ebay?

Partition table doctor is great. i had my whole partition lost,then i bought PTD and i got all my files back.
but this software works only if there is a problem in partition of your hard disk.
