Iframe SSI script II problem

I've got a slight problem. With the Iframe SSI II script installed everything works fine. There is only one problem: Very often the pages keep loading, while they are already finished. I've tracked down the problem to be the script. It only appears in Internet Explorer,
and i've seen it also in the example on the webpage of the script.
Further i don't know. I hope someone has a solution.
